If the results of the Comprehensive Trademark Search results are not in your favor, we will provide a second search of your new/alternate mark (for the same goods or services as your original order) at no additional cost. If you would like another Comprehensive Search with written Attorney Opinion Letter, the cost would be $425. If you decide to stop the process (not submit a secondary mark or move forward with the trademark application), we will issue a refund equal to the original package price paid less the cost of the Comprehensive Trademark Search and Attorney Opinion Letter that was completed (without any discounts, $250).
