How it works
Once your order is submitted online, your credit card will be charged $475. Within 24 hours, one of our trademark attorneys will contact you to confirm your trademark information and order details. You’ll receive a Comprehensive Trademark Search Report and Attorney Opinion Letter analyzing the search results within 3-4 business days.
Following the trademark search, you’ll receive a completed electronic trademark application 1-2 days later. You approve and sign the application and we complete the trademark filing. Your card will be charged for the USPTO filing fee(s) when we file the application.
Our trademark attorneys continue monitoring your application during the USPTO review process. We will address any non-substantive issues from the USPTO at no additional cost and inform you of any changes in status. Once your mark is registered, we will provide you with an electronic trademark registration certificate.
